Primero se elabora un caldo de oveja y despu\u00e9s se a\u00f1aden rebanadas de pan . Una vez que el pan ha absorbido todo el sabor y las rebanadas est\u00e1n totalmente empapadas, las \u201czopas\u201d est\u00e1n listas para comer.<\/p><p>Hay quien le echa al caldo un poquito de picante, una guindillita para darle alegr\u00eda a un alimento b\u00e1sico.<\/p><p>Las \u201czopas\u201d que anta\u00f1o sirvieron a los pastores para sobrevivir, son hoy s\u00edmbolo de fiesta en Baztan-Bidasoa. Acompa\u00f1adas con un vasito de vino\u2026\u00a1las \u201czopas\u201d \u00a0est\u00e1n de muerte!<\/p><p>En las v\u00edsperas de las fiestas patronales, en muchos pueblos, las reparten gratis. en la salsa del guiso del d\u00eda.<\/p><p>Se sirven de aperitivo. Son siempre diferentes, ya que dependen del guiso preparado para ese
